Purpose of Data Processing The personal data collected is used exclusively for supporting the Open Letter and for communicating your desire to for involvement to the designated political party upon the conclusion of the letter. Data Sharing and Transfer Your personal data will be shared with Reform UK upon their acceptance of the Open Letter campaign. No other data sharing will occur. If Reform UK does not accept, we will delete all data by 31-12-2024 at the latest. Data Protection Rights You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to data portability. Requests to exercise these rights should be addressed to the data controller at the provided email address. Data Retention We will retain your personal data until either Reform UK accepts the campaign, after which the data will be shared with them and deleted from our systems, or deleted on 31-12-2024 in the event they do not accept.
